Privacy
Know.al collects only the information you voluntarily provide so the team can respond to an inquiry.

Qendra “Know.al”, at the address published on the Transparency page, administers inquiries. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Data
Name, email, optional phone, topic, and message. Do not send identity documents, credentials, payment information, or candidate IDs.
Purpose
To respond about courses, exam guidance, partnerships, or general questions.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare and Turnstile process technical signals, including IP address, to verify the request and limit abuse. The function stores only temporary counters under hashed identifiers; it does not store the inquiry body.
Service providers
Cloudflare serves and protects the site, Turnstile checks abuse, Resend delivers the email, and Google Workspace holds it in the inbox. Each processes only the data needed for its role.
Retention
The website has no inquiry database. Inquiries in Google Workspace are deleted no later than 90 days after they are no longer needed for response or follow-up, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion and object to processing by emailing [email protected]. The team verifies the request without asking for more data than necessary.
Automated decisions
Inquiries are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
